Mike Cadoo's erstwhile label makes its second foray into vinyl with this 12-inch four-tracker by Vcam's James Long. The tone is quiet; "Sprane" and "Gaelpol" on the front plink-plonk some crunchy beat programming with meandering, asynchronuous synth tones - all of which wallow in thick bass. The backside leads with some impetuous static noise dilly-dallying on "Drexelfil/Bowclicker" before kicking into rhythmic overdrive, while "Tack, Shudder, and Pull" rips Autechre's "Pen Expers" and "Lentic Catachresis" from Confield.
